The hotel, originally the birth place of Emile Rey, was born out of a faithful reconstruction of the existing building, and offers traditional rural alpine charms, without forsaking the best comforts of a 2 star hotel, classified as 2 chimneys' by Logis d'Europa.

The architectural details of the common areas create a simple ambience, warm and inviting; completely restored in 1983 using local stone and wood, the house is spread out over 3 floors which are accessible by a granite stairway (no lift) adorned by antique photographs harking back to places and daily life from long ago.
