Courmayeur Mont Blanc Traffic
In this section we offer you all the information you will need, to make the most of Courmayeur and travel around the area without any difficulties:
- By car on the A5 Torino-Mont Blanc motorway, take the exit marked Courmayeur Sud. Continue along the SS26 in the direction of the Mont Blanc Tunnel, passing over the roundabout in the centre of Courmayeur and continuing for 1km along the road. At this point take the right hand fork to enter La Saxe and exit the hamlet by the road following our signs.

- With the inter-regional bus service from Sadem-Savda from/to Torino Porta Susa (3h), Torino airport Caselle (2h) and Milano-Lampugnano bus station M1 (3h45).
- With the Trenitalia train to Aosta and then with the regional Savda from Aosta to Courmayeur bus service.
Average journey time by train from Milano Centrale-Aosta: 3h20.
Average journey time by train from Torino Porta Susa-Aosta: 2h.
Average journey time by bus from Aosta-Courmayeur: 1h.
Useful information
The bus and train stations in Aosta are both located in Piazza Manzetti.
It is best to reach Courmayeur by bus from Aosta, as it is not able to be reached by train (it stops at Pré-Saint-Didier).
We are 900m from the bus station at Courmayeur. If you are carrying baggage, we recommend the taxis available in the bus station square (up to max. 4 people from €8,00 to €12,00).
